Payment & Purchase Terms
Important Notice About Product Purchases:
- Flowers via FloristOne: Flower products can be purchased directly through Simonara. We process these orders through our partner FloristOne. Your payment is secure and handled via Authorize.net.
- Other Gift Suggestions: All other product recommendations (electronics, books, jewelry, home goods, etc.) are suggestions only. You must purchase these items through the linked retailer's website (Amazon, Best Buy, Etsy, etc.). Simonara does not process payments for these items.
- We Are Not Responsible: For product quality, delivery, returns, or refunds from third-party retailers. Please review each retailer's policies before purchasing.
- Product Links: Some product links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Simonara does not store or have access to your full credit card information.
- Your billing information is handled exclusively by Stripe
